Affordable Care Act Deadline Looms for Employee Notice

October 1, 2013 is the deadline to inform your employees of their rights and duties under the new Affordable Health Care Law that goes in to (almost) full effect on January 1, 2014. Though some provisions have been delayed, you still must inform your employees by Oct. 1st of the changes. If you look to the right you will see that we have posted links to two letters that meet the notice requirement. If you currently do not offer group health insurance to employees there is a letter template for you to use. If you do offer group health insurance there is a template for you as well.
